Dissecting the Debate

Debate

Best Performance - Hillary Clinton. She is skilled at misrepresenting the facts. She has curb appeal; just don't look behind the façade. Ignore the Wall Street connections. Don't look too closely at her voting record. Pretend that she did not vote for the war.

Best on the Issues - Bernie Sanders. No contest on this one.

Best no-show - Joe Biden.

Best Unsubstantiated Rumor - Sanders will be rewarded with the VP slot for his line about "...the damn E-Mails...".

Best Headline Grabber - Donald Trump. In less than 24 hours, Trump was making headlines again.

Best Topics Not on Anderson Cooper's List - The Palestinians, Military Budget, Torture, Gitmo, Illegal Use of Drones, The Black Budget, Health Care, Safeguarding the Electric Grid From Cyber Attack - Malfunction - or Natural Disaster, Why Medicare rates are increasing but Social Security is not, Why the USA needs 700 bases in foreign countries, Hospital Bombing and other USA War Crimes...

Best Moderator not invited - Glenn Greenwald.

Best Rebuttal - Dr. Jill Stein on Democracy Now answering Amy Goodman's question about Edward Snowden: "And I think he has paid more than his due. He performed an incredible service. While he broke a law, technically, he also served a much higher constitutional law which was being broken. I think he should be welcomed home as a hero. And I think Chelsea - Chelsea Manning, as well, you know, ought to be recognized as the hero that she is, and I would say the same for Julian Assange. We owe them all a great debt of gratitude." Dr. Jill Stein October 14, 2015

Best Advice for Voters - Think twice and then think again, before voting. It is better to stay home on Election Day if you have not studied the issues. Casting an uninformed vote can cancel out the vote of someone who has done their homework. Study the Platforms of all Political Parties - Green, Socialist, Peace and Freedom, Communist, Libertarian, Constitution, Independent.

Best Assault on the First Amendment - The DNC and Debbie Wasserman Shultz for limiting the number of debates.

Best Kept Secret - The fix is in. The Super Delegates are in line behind Clinton.
